Magistrate Gerald Parker now Judge Gerald Parker was LIVE at the Backhouse. Judge Gerald Parker is the first African-American male elected to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court General Division in Dayton, OH. He took office in January of 2019. He serves on the Offender Supervision and Security Committee. Judge Parker received his B.A. from Georgetown College (KY.) in 2004 and his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2007.
