After speaking with you, I realized that I have had success, but I didn’t have joy in the success. In speaking with you, I now know there is a purpose in my process, and the journey I am on will lead to the life changing work I am destined to do if I continue to empower myself, do the work, and trust God as I embrace my future.

CEO’s have a lot of work responsibilities. I have always been focused on self -improvement. In my career, I realize it is important to refuel. I used to read magazines to help me move forward. As I climbed the corporate ladder, I needed more. I need a coach I can trust to help me remain just as focused on my personal goals as I do my professional goals. The Death of a Lie Empowerment Program is original content to help you get unstuck and navigate life's transitions. Phillitia has lived this. There is clearly a need for this program, for women to discover who they truly are outside of their titles.

The Death of a Lie Empowerment Program is what I needed during this transition in my life. Talking with Phillitia helped me realize that, although I have more goals to accomplish, I was not giving myself credit for my current success. This left me feeling stuck. She helped me see how my current career can be used as a foundation to reach my new goals that align with purpose. Phillitia holds me accountable, and she believes in me.

Phillitia is a great example of what can happen when you seek to maximize your potential. She had a vision of what could be done to impact the education of young people in our community, and is working diligently toward making that vision a reality.

As the President of the Dayton Urban League Young Professionals, Phillitia faced numerous challenges. She was passionate about her work, very organized and an effective leader. At a time when the organization lost focused as a result of previous leadership, Phillitia was able to regain focus and put the organization back on track. As a principal, I have worked with Phillitia and watched her interact with the students. She is in challenging environment, working with students that have been sent to her as a last result. The students and staff respect her and look to her creative and resourceful leadership as a means to ensure the students future success and ultimate goal of graduating with a high school diploma.

Phillitia is a conscientious, hard-working, ethical person that focuses on the achievement of others including students, faculty and staff, business partners, and the community in which her school is located. As a leader, she strives for excellence through role modeling, sustainable partnerships, continuous learning, content proficiency and practical application, and is the first to recognize/relay accolades while accepting personal responsibility when issues arise. Phillitia Charlton is A+++ in my book of quality individuals that I have had the good fortune to work with.

Phillitia Charlton is an astute, articulate, energized and nurturing individual. She loves to serve people and is able to handle multiple tasks successfully. Her passion in my opinion is working with you. I would hire her, work with her on any project and share her skills accordingly. She is an educator and a motivator.

Students asked for more programming with speakers such as yourself. I was also inspired and motivated to keep serving and achieving my own goals. My favorite was when you challenged everyone to "leave room." That was powerful!
